Jennie Churchill is the great-granddaughter of Sir Winston Churchill and serves as a steward of the Churchill family's enduring legacy. Bearing the same name as Jennie Jerome, Sir Winston Churchill's American-born mother, she reflects a family history that has long symbolized the enduring friendship between Britain and the United States. She has dedicated herself to preserving and advancing Sir Winston Churchill's contributions to freedom, democracy, and the transatlantic alliance through educational, historical, and commemorative initiatives.

As President of the Sir Winston Churchill D-Day Foundation, Jennie Churchill provides strategic guidance in advancing the Foundation's mission to honor the legacy of Sir Winston Churchill, commemorate the sacrifices made during the Normandy campaign, and inspire future generations through education and remembrance. Her commitment to preserving one of history's most consequential legacies helps ensure that Churchill's principles of courage, leadership, and resolve continue to resonate around the world.

Vice President

Huw Shakeshaft serves as Vice President of the Sir Winston Churchill D-Day Foundation, helping lead its mission to preserve Sir Winston Churchill’s wartime legacy and ensure that the courage, sacrifice and international unity that defined D-Day remain understood by future generations.
A British entrepreneur, international finance professional and strategic advisor, Huw brings nearly four decades of experience in global finance, corporate advisory and international business development to the Foundation. His extensive relationships across business, finance, government, the military, media and philanthropy on both sides of the Atlantic place him in a unique position to advance the Foundation’s international partnerships and engage the individuals and institutions capable of creating an enduring legacy.

Educated at the University of London, Huw has lived and worked in several of the world’s leading financial centers. He established a specialized asset-management business in Tokyo serving high-net-worth private clients and is the Founder and Managing Partner of TransAtlantica Partners, a cross-border advisory group built upon trusted relationships and senior-level expertise. He has briefed British and American political and business leaders and has spoken at the European Fund Finance Association’s symposium in London.

Before entering business, Huw competed internationally as a distance runner, representing Great Britain at the 1977 IAAF World Cross Country Championships in Düsseldorf. The discipline, resilience and determination demanded at that level have remained central to his approach to leadership.

Huw also serves as President of the Teenage Cancer Foundation and as a member of the Advisory Board of Teen Cancer America. He previously served on the Advisory Board of the Grenadier Guards Colonel’s Fund, chaired by the late HRH The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.

As Vice President, Huw is focused on building the international relationships and support required to preserve Sir Winston Churchill’s leadership, the sacrifices made on June 6, 1944, and the extraordinary alliance between Britain, America and their fellow Allied nations with the dignity, permanence and recognition they deserve.

Military Heritage & Remembrance

Rear Admiral Tom Kearney, USN (Ret.) served the United States Navy with distinction for more than three decades, culminating in senior leadership as Vice Commander of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). Throughout his distinguished career, he held positions of extraordinary responsibility in operational command, strategic planning, and international security cooperation, helping strengthen the enduring transatlantic alliance between the United States and Britain.

Among his many operational achievements, Admiral Kearney commanded USS Alexandria (SSN-757) during the first around-the-world deployment via the Arctic by a United States Navy submarine, a historic mission that earned the crew the Navy Unit Commendation and demonstrated the courage, innovation, endurance, and operational excellence that defined his naval career.

Throughout his distinguished career, Admiral Kearney advised senior military and government leaders on complex operational and strategic challenges while leading organizations through some of the most demanding environments imaginable. His experience in leadership, governance, and international cooperation continues to guide his commitment to preserving the values of service, sacrifice, and allied partnership.

As a member of the leadership team of the Sir Winston Churchill D-Day Foundation, Admiral Kearney brings a unique perspective shaped by a lifetime of military service and an unwavering commitment to the principles for which the Allied nations fought during the Second World War. His leadership helps advance the Foundation's mission to honor Sir Winston Churchill's legacy, commemorate the courage and sacrifice of those who served in Normandy, and inspire future generations to preserve the enduring friendship between the United States and Britain.

Military Heritage & Remembrance

Colonel Dino Bossi embodies the modern transatlantic alliance. A former Commanding Officer of the Welsh Guards, one of the elite regiments of the British Army’s Household Division, he served alongside American forces during five operational deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. He later served as Officer Commanding a joint British-American Special Operations Group in southern Afghanistan and as the British counterinsurgency lead under U.S. General David Petraeus, Commander of Allied forces in the Afghan theatre.

Throughout his varied operational experience, Sir Winston Churchill’s words about the alliance have always rung true: “If we are together, nothing is impossible. If we are divided, all will fail.”

Laurence Geller CBE is an internationally recognized businessman, investor, philanthropist and humanitarian whose career has spanned hospitality, real estate investment and charitable leadership on both sides of the Atlantic. As Chairman of Geller Capital Partners, he has built and led respected private- and public-sector organizations while earning a reputation for entrepreneurship, leadership and philanthropy.

A long-standing advocate for Sir Winston Churchill’s legacy, Laurence served for nearly two decades as Chairman of the International Churchill Society, advancing Churchill scholarship, education and its relevance to today’s leaders. As the longest-serving Chancellor of a highly ranked and fast-growing British university, he has also supported pioneering educational initiatives. His wider work encompasses healthcare leadership and medical research, military, socioeconomic and political history, public art and cultural preservation. His efforts have significantly expanded public access to Churchill’s writings, art and archives.

As a member of the Board of Directors of the Sir Winston Churchill D-Day Foundation, Laurence brings international business experience, philanthropic leadership and a deep commitment to preserving Churchill’s legacy. He supports the Foundation’s mission to honor the courage and sacrifice of those who served in Normandy and inspire future generations through the values of leadership, courage, freedom and transatlantic unity.

David Webb is a nationally recognized broadcaster and public advocate with more than three decades of experience in media and strategic communications. He hosts The David Webb Show on SiriusXM Patriot and is a Fox News contributor, appearing across Fox News, Fox Business and Fox Nation. His career in music and talk radio has established him as an experienced national communicator with a strong ability to engage audiences on important public issues.

David’s service with American Humane Society, Wounded Warriors Family Support and the Young Marines National Foundation reflects his commitment to public service, military families and the values passed from one generation to the next. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Teenage Cancer Foundation.

Harold A. Bollaci serves as Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of the Sir Winston Churchill D-Day Foundation. The founding attorney of Bollaci Law Group, he brings more than two decades of legal experience in New York, with a practice focused on estate planning, estate administration and asset preservation. He holds a degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School.

Harold’s legal career has been centered on responsible stewardship, careful planning and protecting legacies for future generations. His wider record of service includes nonprofit board leadership and many years of service to St. John’s of Lattingtown Episcopal Church, including as Co-Warden.

As Treasurer, Harold helps ensure that the Foundation maintains the highest standards of financial oversight, accountability and transparency. His leadership provides the sound institutional foundation required to honor donor trust, bring the Churchill D-Day Statue to fruition and preserve the legacy of Sir Winston Churchill, the sacrifices made on D-Day and the enduring alliance between Britain and America.

Stephen Kulisek serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships & Development for the Sir Winston Churchill D-Day Foundation, where he leads high-level donor engagement, institutional outreach, and the cultivation of strategic relationships across the United States. His work is focused on securing the philanthropic partnerships and financial support required to bring the Churchill D-Day Statue to fruition and to advance the Foundation’s broader educational mission.

A senior fundraising strategist and financial executive, Stephen brings more than two decades of experience spanning banking, finance, capital development, and nonprofit advancement. His career has been built on trusted relationships with investors, philanthropists, business leaders, and major institutions, combining financial discipline with a proven ability to mobilize support behind ambitious, mission-driven initiatives.

As a member of the Board of Directors, Stephen is committed to establishing a permanent American legacy at Normandy and ensuring that Sir Winston Churchill’s wartime leadership, the courage and sacrifice of those who served on D-Day, and the enduring alliance between Britain and America are never forgotten.

Military Heritage & Allied Relations

Ryan Ingram has dedicated more than a decade to serving the United States through the United States Navy and federal public service. His military service included assignment to the protective detail for the Commandant of the Marine Corps. At the Pentagon, he later served on the Foreign Dignitary Detail at the pleasure of General James N. Mattis during his tenure as United States Secretary of Defense, supporting visiting foreign Ministers of Defense and Chiefs of Defense. These roles demanded discretion, sound judgment and operational excellence.

Through his work with Allied military forces, including the Royal Marines, Ryan witnessed firsthand the strength of the Anglo-American alliance—an alliance forged through courage and sacrifice on the beaches of Normandy and sustained by shared values and a commitment to freedom.

As Strategic Advisor to the Sir Winston Churchill D-Day Foundation, Ryan brings a deep understanding of military service, leadership and international cooperation. He helps advance the Foundation’s mission to preserve the legacy of Sir Winston Churchill, to honor the Greatest Generation and ensure that the extraordinary alliance that secured victory in Europe continues to inspire future generations.
